How we handle personal data on h2h.no. We take privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary to run our work.

H2H — Hand 2 Hand is a volunteer organization registered in Norway with organization number 990 780 838. Address: Torpedalsveien 27, 1792 Tistedal. Data controller: Tom Andreassen (tom@h2h.no).
When you visit our website we collect a minimum of information. If you make a donation by card, our payment provider Stripe processes name, email, and card information — H2H itself does not store any card details. If you send us an email we keep the message for as long as it is needed to reply. We do not currently use any analytics or marketing tools that require consent.
We process personal data to handle donations, send receipts, reply to enquiries, and meet our legal obligations as a registered organization. Donation data is processed by Stripe on our behalf. Bank transfers are processed by our bank.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability for the data we hold about you. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send an email to tom@h2h.no to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
Our website only uses strictly necessary cookies to function. We do not set tracking or marketing cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment page that are necessary to complete the payment.
We use Stripe (stripe.com) for card payments. Stripe processes personal data according to its own privacy policy. Images are hosted via Vercel. None of these services receive any data from us beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
