Because everyone deserves a helping hand
Since 2000, H2H has worked on aid projects in Romania, Albania, Ukraine, Tanzania, Sudan, and Kenya. Our founder Tom Andreassen has extensive experience in humanitarian work, and together with a team of volunteers with backgrounds in child welfare, education, and substance abuse care, we make a difference — directly and personally.
H2H is an association run on a voluntary basis. No one receives salary or fees — all funds go directly to our projects. This is an unwavering principle.

Our projects
We work on a range of projects that all share one common goal — to help those who need it most.
Orphanages
We are involved in several orphanages in Romania with treatment programs and activities for the children.
Family support
We work together with impoverished families, providing necessary support, development, and education.
Ukraine aid
We regularly send aid shipments to Ukraine to support people affected by the war.
Letters to Santa
Every year we collect hundreds of Christmas gifts for children who would otherwise receive nothing.
