H2H releases a new song

'Happy Hearts' — A song that gives back to the heart. Råde-based artist Steffen Hissingby, known for his musical creativity, has written and recorded a song for the benefit of H2H.

The song is a tribute to all the volunteer work being done around the country, and a reminder that small actions bring warmth to the everyday lives of many. Proceeds from the song go in their entirety to our projects.

Thank you to Steffen and everyone who contributed in the process. We hope 'Happy Hearts' will be played in many places, and that it will leave a mark on the hearts of those who hear it.
